Allow me to explain...

Now some of you might be confused as to how this blog works.
Kailie and I will post one review a month, each.
It will be our favorite book we've read that month.
Maybe two books if they are both really good.
We will do updates. Lots of them.
About books. Mostly.

Other obsessions such as TV shows or movies might make an appearance.
This blog isn't going to be a big thing.
It's just a fun, creative outlet.
Any questions/comments/concerns?
We'd love to hear them!

Kailie's Update! 08/01/11

So far I'm on page 182/242. I have been reading this for two days. So far I love this book, like, a lot. It is really cute, funny, and intriguing. I have to admit when Morgan said "Here read this, It's about a girl who wakes up one day and has a computer clone standing in her room." I looked at her like she was nuts, thinking that it was one of her favorites. But when I got home and took a brownie bite (like my Girl Scout term? ha ha) of the book, I couldn't put it down. And I still cant wait to finish it! Just a heads up, this will most likely be the book I do a review on. :)

Review: Go Ask Alice + Update

159 pages, Simon Pulse, 1971

Go Ask Alice by Beatrice Sparks
OK, I read this book in one day. I love this book. If you don't already know it's a journal about a girl that gets slipped LSD in her drink at a party and gets hooked. This book was such a awesome book. It was so intense and suspenseful! I LOVED IT! In the beginning, she (they never say her name) is just a normal 15 year old girl. But when she gets hooked her whole word flips around, her plans are ruined. You can't even start to imagine what happens to a 15 year old girl. Ugh. It's so hard not to tell you guys everything! This book is so emotional that when your reading it and your crying and happy and you can just feel all of it as if it were you. Even though she really isn't even an author she is so descriptive on what is happening, and even if you get confused she would clear it up. I have said this a lot of times before, and I will say it again... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BOOK!!

5 hearts! :)
